There is not any way that I know of to sustain a connection to the internet while the system in in hibernation. I just let my monitor and HD shut down. That saves enough power for me. Steven Posted December 30, 2001 Share Posted December 30, 2001 The System IS OFF, not Sorta or Not Really It IS OFF, the Contents of Your RAM are copied to your Hard Drive, Then When you turn on the pc once again, that Is Moved Back into RAM so the system is like as if it was never off.
