DirtyLarry Veteran Posted June 10, 2010 Veteran Share Posted June 10, 2010 Without a doubt. I thought Infamous was an incredibly solid game overall and most important it was fun. Can truly not go wrong if it only now costs $30.
D. S. Veteran Posted June 10, 2010 Veteran Share Posted June 10, 2010 Yes! Even more now that there is a sequel in the pipeline.

D!ABOL!C
Definitely a good pick up, plus you can go through it twice as you can be good or evil.
KoL Veteran Posted June 10, 2010 Veteran Share Posted June 10, 2010 (edited) The game is good and if you like open world games you will like it but I got bored with it. I'm not a fan of open world games.
.KICK
The game is good but it got repetitive very fast! I found the missions were pretty much the same as you progressed through the game. Other than that it is a fun game, the choice to go good or evil is good too. Actually changes the city but the evil side changed more than the good side I felt. Richard Hammond
I just bought it yesterday, it was fun at first but like .KICK says it gets very repetitive quickly, think Assassins Creed 1, there is a bit more variety of side mission but it all boils down to kill x of Reapers here, or defend x from the Reapers there, the dead drops and blast shard collectables are pretty fun as is grinding along power cables and train rails, the free running isnt as intuitive as Assassins Creed though i found myself overshooting the rails a lot and not sticking to the scenery where i wanted to but Im enjoying the game overall but bored of all the kill quests but then i cant really complain for £10 preowned. Pablo2008jedi
I wouldn't, I got it through my rentals and sent it back after 1 week. I found the GFX to be subpar and the battle system to be rubbish. I just ocouldn't get into it.
Nick H. Supervisor Posted June 11, 2010 Supervisor Share Posted June 11, 2010 If you go to the PSN store you can download the demo, it gives you a couple of missions to play through to give you an idea. I bought the game and was very happy.
Hedon
It's a good game, but not great by any means. Probably worth $19.99, I wouldn't spend anymore than that. Infamous 2 hopefully ups the ante for this series (so far it's looking like Cole is back and badder than ever).
