Covert Affairs

Recommended Posts

I know there are some other USA tv fans on the board. Have any of you seen the previews for their new show, Covert Affairs? It looks pretty cool and stars Piper Perabo, from Coyote Ugly, as a CIA agent. Peter Gallagher, who I think is great, is also in the cast. USA usually provides some fun and entertaining shows, so I'm looking forward to it.

I'm actually working with USA to help promote this new show, so if you have any questions or comments I'd love to hear them. Thanks for posting that preview Rappy. As you can tell the show is going to be really fun and have plenty of action. They actually have posted some new promos on the official website if you want to check those out.

Looks interesting - will have to check it out.

They filmed a bit of the pilot episode at a bar just around the corner from me.

Tuesdays at nine? That is Rescue Me and Memphis Beat time, this show can't get my viewership.

yeah...because none of those shows air multiple times...

Try being a parent and getting enough time to sit down for one show, much less three in a row. It's impossible. The only way I end up watching Memphis Beat now is because I wake up before my daughter and watch it then.

Glad to hear all the great feedback. What did everyone think of this past weeks episode and the fact that Annie has to keep all these secrets from her family?

Here's the promo for this weeks episode. Looks like Annie will be doing her first mission abroad.

Funny how they filmed it in Toronto and try to pass it as Washington.... The filming was just near my home :)

love these 2!

Agreed! I have never seen Christopher Gorham in anything before but honestly I think his character Auggie makes this show 10x better than it already is. :)

What do you guys think of the action scenes so far? You can definitely tell that Bourne franchise director, Doug Liman, has a lot of involvement in the fight scenes.
