___GiRiBoY___
hi, i recently got a PS3 from amazon. until now i used transferred movies to my ps3 through my router (wirelessly) using ps3 media server. however the spped wasnt as good as i though it'd be, so i got myself a usb to usb cable for better speed. now i cant get my ps3 to connect to my laptop using that cable. does anyone know a way to do that? so i am trying to connect my ps3 to my laptop using a USB to USB cable. please help Thanks
AbandonedTrolley
Not sure it would work as it won't recognise the hard drive in the laptop as being USB. Your best bet is possible just still through PS3MS but hardwired with an ethernet cable I would have thought. Failing that an external drive/USB stick. Same here, if you know a film/tv show will work, its a lot easier to just copy it to a Pen Drive and watch it that way, can save a lot of hassle. So anything bigger than that will need to be streamed.
