200MPH nitro cars!

Recommended Posts

my uncle races those things... but theyre shaped like real race cars, not rockets... theyre a ****ing pain in the ass to maintain and cost a hell of a lot of money too. They go about 40-70mph depending on engine size.

It looks cool - never saw anything like it. Just... it's kind of freaky, imagine the guy near the center pole holding the cable, if he jumps a little late on the support and the cable catches him ... the nitro car is gonna go round and round in his nuts, there's no way to stop it judging by the speed in the video.

  • 2 weeks later...

thats fast but not much fun as a toy round and round would get boring fast

i have 2 nitros 1 car and a truck the truck will do 45-50 mph and thats hard to keep under control at full throttle so i cant imagine what you would do with one that goes 200 mph :) fun to try though

and you can tell its not fake, look at the flag in the background, sways, lightly :D

Sorry to burst your bubble.. but it is fake..b As said previously.. Look at the speed of the bird flying around... WAAAY too fast. second... listen to the car.. it's pitch stedily increases... a sign the video was sped up. Third....Camera was tripod mounted, and I'm sure it was a really calm day... hence the flag barely waving..... As you watch the flag... it barely moves...and then starts flowing faster.... This video was most likely sped up 40-50% Sorry guys... It's fake at 200 Mph, with a car weighing maybe 6 lbs... your reflexes wouldn't be fast enough to control it... not only that, but imagine trying to turn... at 200mph, those cars weigh noting... they would either flip over or loose control Nice try to make a fake video tho.
