If Hawk-Eye can detect a tennis ball's location to 1mm accuracy, then surely something to detect if a ball is actually past the line is feasible. When it happened in real time you could see from in FRONT of the goal that the ball clearly crossed the line! How also can ALL THREE officials miss what was pretty clear for all to see??
