the german goalkeeper could of admitted it went in :p

I don't think he saw it, and if he did then he would've denied because Germany wouldn't want that.

Fifa are in the stone age when it comes to forward thinking towards technology.

wow it's amazing how Joseph Blatter doesnt want to play with technology on, this is one of the examples of WHY soccer needs to have more technology implemented in referees.

FIFA ruled a few months back that goaline technology was pointless

FIFA rules suck. They better add the damn goal cameras next time after that. If England loose by 1 goal now there's going to be a riot.

What is FIFA's problem? they love watching teams getting ripped off and cheated??Great way to build up the popularity of the sport.

England are playing as a team this time. Maybe they'll create more chances and make that missed goal a distant memory.

Over by a mile - totally ridiculous why we are in this situation in this day and age.

And this is coming from a Welshman supporting Germany atm!

Rooney better step up. That guy has done nothing so far. Would love Muller + Ozil to come to Old Trafford.

Yes, but there's a slight difference in the amount of technology available these days.

If Hawk-Eye can detect a tennis ball's location to 1mm accuracy, then surely something to detect if a ball is actually past the line is feasible.

I actually do not care who wins this match, but for me it is beyond comprehension that in this day and age of professional sport that some form of technology is NOT used!! When it happened in real time you could see from in FRONT of the goal that the ball clearly crossed the line! How also can ALL THREE officials miss what was pretty clear for all to see?? Wow just wow!
