Gran Turismo 5 trailer features Top Gear test track, The Stig

Some say that if you tune your radio to 88.4 FM, you can actually hear his thoughts. And that there's an airport in Russia named after him. All we know is he's called The Stig, and he's in GT5.

The mysterious test driver of Top Gear is featured in a new trailer of the Polyphony racer alongside its test track.

It also shows F1 Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel giving a voiceover, while the chief technical officer of Red Bull's F1 team, Adrian Newey, is seen consulting with Polyphony's Kazunori Yamauchi.

It looks proper mint, innit.

Get the trailer below.

Gran Turismo 5 releases on November 2 in the US. No European date yet, but expect that to be announced at Gamescom.

Am I missing something? It is the same as the E3 trailer!

Either way, Top Gear > a lot of things, so own topic justified :p

Indeed. Top Gear is a decent track however, glad to see it as an option.

Looking good, well apart from the fact that it's way too sunny and the grass is way to green  (Though I guess the weather system can tune down that Sun) Funnily enough though after watching top gear so much I still have little idea of how the track is layed out o__O

Haha! It's only recently that I realised that it was a figure of eight circuit!

Vid looks great, tho it seems strange to see an actual race on the test track.

I think were just too use to it always being cloudy when they are on the track, lol.

That and Top Gear is heavily colour graded.

And I had no idea it was a figure of 8 till I saw a birdseye view for the track on a GT5 website.
