Matrix Revolutions Theory Thread

Ok lets look at the key theme of the trilogy, Neo is the "savior," he is the proverbial Jesus Christ. He is found in the first movie, Birth, he is born into the Truth of what is around him. The second movie is about Life, understanding, a basic run threw. The last movie is about Death, as quoted by most of the actors in their interviews.

I think what you'll see is that because Neo is NOT like his previous versions, has caused a blip in the matrix regarding Agent Smith. Notice the dialogue in reloaded on the playground (also notice the crow's that fly away as smith enters the scene, a blatant symbol of smith's dark character), agent smith explains that what ever he did to him in the first movie, jump'n inside him and effectively disconnecting him from the mainframe, took away his purpose, took away his reason for existing. And now that Neo has done this agent smith is effectively saying "F*ck it" and is trying to take everything down with him. Remember how agent smith explained his Distaste for the matrix in the first movie while talking to morph in the highrise, Smith has a reason to hate the "machines" for his ?purpose.? Plus smith doesnt like the humans to well either, because he isnt one anyway. So what we have here in Revolutions, is a situation where smith is taking over all the humans in the matrix, what does that do you ask? Well first of all it kills all those souls Neo wants to save RIGHT, like the devil? maybe? The devil in God's perfect world, destroying souls. He's killing the people Neo is trying to save, and ALSO destroying the machines POWER source...which would send the machines into hibernation effectively. Now we have this situation where we have Agent smith, an enemy of the Machines and Neo(the rest of humanity).

Since the last movie is about death (matrix I: Birth, matrix II: life, matrix III: death) and Neo being the Christ figure, smith is in effect the Lucifer factor, the ?fallen angel.? I think what you'll have is Neo die'ing for the rest of humanity, there by saving the souls which agent smith is infecting, and saving the power source the machines need to survive. I think of one of the ways this might happen is Neo allowing himself to be killed the same way Neo "tried" to kill Smith in the first movie. then since neo has a special mark of code, this would allow the machines to release neo's "soul" and "body" and taking agent smith with him, saving the day. I think what you?ll have in the ending is Neo agreeing with the machines to let man have control of the matrix, and therefore dying for the machines and humanity by ending his existence and taking smith with him. Which I think could be a crucial factor in why the matrix has been made in the first place, to figure out how to have humans still exist in a manor which benefits them and also benefits machines. Cause otherwise the machines wouldn?t even plug them into the matrix at all. But they decided to do so to see if there was a way possible for them to co-exist. I think this was the main goal of the architect. To find ?The One? that would sacrifice himself for the life of both machines and humans! Something everybody would have never thought possible; a human dying to save machines?? WHA WHA WHATT?

Yep. Neo, christ figure, Smith, Lucifer factor, architect, God figure trying to find a human that actually cares about machines, he finds him and releases the humans from his control, giving the "matrix" to the humans to control, a compromise. A real "reality" with in a made up world, but a world not controled only by the machines none the less. But an existance which recognizes the fact that man is bound to his technology, and his technology bound to him. Somethin to think about while you':ninja:the can :ninja:

Sorry for not formating at first, i added the paragraph spaces to help you all out so y:whistle:ad it

Well its not like the machines have a choice, they can't FORCE neo to die, only he can make that choice. Cource if Neo doesn't sacrafice himself then the machines have to go into hibernation and the matrix is destroy'd by Smith.
