Need a point and shoot under $200

Ok guys I need a point and shoot camera for $200 or less. It has to be decent. One that doesn't drain rechargeable batteries after only a few pictures. It needs to work OK with low light without the flash (inside stuff that doesnt allow flash). Also if its sleek and slim. My camera I have now is does not fit into a pocket and I just want something I can carry around if I need it.

It MUST accept SD cards or SDHC so I guess sony is out of the question.

Can anyone recommend any that are $200 or less. I can't go over $200

Which one of these two are better?

The SD940 seems to have better apertures, however I don't know how "noisy" it is.

Just recommended this one in another users post, but figured I'd throw it here too

I own the FujiFilm j38 and really enjoy it. It's a pretty solid device with great reviews. Also, has no lag while taking or in between shots

And here is a picture I took with it oh and it's only $95.00

This is the camera I recommended for my friend about a month ago. She's really liking it so far and the pictures she gets look really great.
