After Elon has been high as a kite IN the oval office on video, I don't think anyone can mention Hunter and it mean anything anymore. As far as I'm concerned, Elon wiped the Hunter laptop issue away. And Marge Traitor Green just used that laptop to show congress Hunter naked so that she could look at him more! That was horrible. -

Switch 2 users report annoying rumble notifications by Usama Jawad The Nintendo Switch 2 has now been available for a couple of weeks, and while some are lamenting the rather weak exclusive launch lineup, there's no doubt that the console is a decent iterative upgrade, thanks to numerous features like 256GB of storage, a 120FPS LCD, Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) upscaling, and ray tracing. However, Switch 2 players are now complaining about wonky notifications that they are getting on their systems. As reported by IGN, several Switch 2 players have taken to Reddit to highlight that they are intermittently getting system notifications saying that "Rumble has been turned off due to prolonged use". After this notification is displayed, the rumble effect of Joy-Cons gets automatically turned off. While this proactive measure may be seen as invasive by some gamers, it wouldn't be entirely surprising since rumble effects likely consume a significant portion of battery life during certain gaming sessions and turning them off would allow you to enjoy more playtime. However, what makes the notification rather surprising is that there's seemingly no consistency to it. Some gamers have reported seeing the notification after roughly 90 minutes of playtime, while others have even seen it after a few minutes. What makes the behavior even more wonky is that for some gamers, the rumble only gets turned off temporarily before kicking back in again. In order to get rid of persistent notifications, Switch 2 gamers have even taken to the system's settings to turn off rumble manually. It is important to understand why this behavior may be annoying for many people. There are numerous games which utilize the rumble effect on the Switch 2, including Cyberpunk 2077, Split Fiction, and Sonic Generations, and persistently getting unwanted and unsolicited notifications doesn't really enhance the gaming experience. Nintendo is yet to comment on the matter or share details about its implementation logic for this notification mechanism. Source: Reddit via IGN -
