It all depends, I usually have a sports game or two I play when I am bored or don't want to play story based games. Typically if I start a game, I will not start another storyline based game until I finish that one.

No, mainly because most of my time is spent playing multiplayer - I go back and forth between quite a few games, depends the mood I'm in ( RTS, FPS, MilSim etc. ) and whatever

my friends want to play.

Yes, when I do start a single-player story I tend to stick with that title before I move on.

Same here, I will play some single player racing or multiplayer games, but one story-based game at a time so I won't get confused ;)

I subscribe to the 3 at a time subscription at Gamefly, so I usually do play 2 or 3 at a time, or maybe more if my friends call me up for some multiplayer action

It depends, I play through games pretty quickly usually (for example, way back when Guild Wars Nightfall released, I was one of the first people to beat the campaign.......or at least one of the first few hundred......the towns were always barren when I got to them, I played it for probably 8 hours nonstop when it released), but if multiple games I want to play release at the same time (or release while I am playing another game) I will often swap back and forth between them depending one which game I feel like playing. Then there are games like TF2 which I play off and on between single-player games.

EDIT: That being said, no option really fits my style....I play games as they are released and switch between them until I beat each one of them.

I'm playing about 3 at the moment, and another 2 which I always play since they are basically insane to complete 100% (Fallout 3 and Oblivion).

I won't include multiplayer (as that's obvious that some might jump between games as do I) but when I'm playing campaign, I've hopped between multiple games before. There's only so much time I can devote to a game before I get a little bored and want a refresh. Although with the Toy Story 3 game.. I put 22 hours into that without even bothering with any other games. ;).

That should say no :p

I thought the title said "do you play more than one game at a time?"

One, for singleplayer games; I'll only play that game until I've finished the story. At the moment, though, I'm switching between Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike: Source. :)

Actually, more often than not I tend to only definitely play one SP game at a time. Even with MP, I tend to play the hell out of a game then move on, but of course there are instances were I jump between games.

Like just this past 2 weeks has been particularly busy and not my norm... I checked out Singularity on the PC, but knew it was coming for the 360 from Gamefly, so opted to wait for that version and stopped. I also checked out Transformers and Sniper:Ghost Warrior. Transformers I dug, so also rented it from Gamefly for the 360 (still yet to check it out). I then also checked out the new BFBC2 Onslaught DLC. I also checked out the Red Dead Redemption DLC. i also played some L4D2 on the PC the other day (have to do more of that). Now I am back to Singularity, and Crackdown 2 has just been shipped from Gamefly today. So yeah, way busier past two weeks. Add in a few rounds of Joe Danger on the PS3.

When it comes to story-based games, I always just play one. It's easier to focus on one story-based game at a time, which gives me a better chance of finishing it. However, I will play one non-story-based game as well. It's a good way of taking a break when I'm sick of watching cutscenes, or when I reach an annoying part in a game.
