mealies
Want to trade in my old Xbox (20GB) at game but there is no information on the site about what needs to be taken in (cables, controllers, etc). I don't have the original packaging, will that be a problem? Do i need to take all cables in with it? Andrew
Razorwing
When I traded mine 360 into gamestop, I gave in the Console , the HardDrive, Connection cables and a controller.
Smashing Pumpkin
No offence, not usually this much of a big headed ba*****. just desperate to use this website: http://tinyurl.com/2ahwk38 I would say yes original packaging and what came with it, if you need to know more why not phone your nearest branch before you go down. EDIT: Admittedly that does say games have to be in original packaging and nothing about the console. Give 'em a ring.
mealies
Hahaha thats brilliant - I so deserved that. Unfortunately the website does not contain any details on what they want for consoles I would phone in but there is no option to ring the branch directly Looks like a trip into town just to find out :( Thanks
Smashing Pumpkin
is this any use? Google Maps Also you can use saynoto0870 to search the game call centre number n then find the London branch number which I think is either 020 8951 3808 or 020 8520 8694 However Ive never seen an 02 number in my life (live in the yorkshire dales, is that one of them big city numbers?) FMidiot
Cex is good service, they give you more cash for newer stuff.
Livin in a box
Cex is good service, they give you more cash for newer stuff. ?37 for a non-HDMI boxed, new 360? Don't think so.
Nicholas-c Veteran Posted July 11, 2010 Veteran Share Posted July 11, 2010 CeX is only a good service for newer items. If you get a good price at Game/Game station then why not, Also try a "Local" game shop, they may offer higher price. I don't think the lack of packaging matters. I have seen ones in the window just shrink wrapped with a price sticker on :p
