Host + Registrar for Photography Website?

Question

Heya guys!

Ok, this is the deal:

I'll soon get a flickr Pro Account upgrade from free and get more active on dA again, too.

But on top of that I want to create a decent professional looking photography website which will also give people the ability to buy my photos (how exactly, directly checkout and auto-download link via eMail VERSUS me managing everything via personal emailing, idk).

The host should at least feature 3-5GB, should give me a good chunk of bandwidth, so I don't need to worry about that, the website will use quite some flash.

CPanel would be awesome, i'll design in dreamweaver probably, php just to be on the safe side as well as mysql if possible.

I don't know what I need else, appart from a registrar for .com. Preferably I do not want to register my domain and host the content in Germany, as since I refuse to be forced to publish my full address on my website.

(i might want to do it, but I don't want to be forced to do it by law. crazy huh?)

keep your recommendations coming! ^^

Oh and: I have a tight budget, so please no premium packages with stuff I won't need. :)

Edit: / Addition:

I forgot to add, that I wish monthly billing! cheers! :) (appart from the domain registration, but hosting should be billed monthly, preferably paypal)

I use and LOVE iPage You get unlimited Bandwidth, and Storage. Also they have Install Central which lets you install many popular free PHP scripts for your site, it also has Unlimited emails for your domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you sign-up halfway through and quit they will send you an email for half price hosting. I negotiated with them and got it for $1.99/month and I really like there Control Panel by far the best hosting I have ever had.

Thanks,

Keith.

I'm in my phone so this will be short and sweet..

For domain registrations I'd recommend Namecheap. Make sure to check coupons at retailmenot.com (Ill change this to a link later!).

You'll get free whois and RapidSSL cert for a year with your registration. Makes the $9.xx purchase worth it.

As far as hosting, don't want to self advertise so your best bet is to look around webhostingtalk and visit the "Advertising" section for shared hosting. You'll find plenty of deals and most of the time reviews on there to see if they're legitimate and reliable.

Good luck!

Yes, you can use custom scripts, and I'm not sure about the mail i think it is POP but not completely sure. And yes it has MySQL databases. There isn't any catch, i've been with them for over a year now, and havent had any problems, and also they have one of the friendliest customer service departments. (I was previously using 1&1 and dont EVER go that route. Bad experience.) I think with the billing you pay every 6 motnhs, or every year, I pay every 6 months, and it is only around $20, but if you pay by year its cheaper. Also i dont know if you can use PayPal or not I used a credit card, so you could call them, or email them and they will tell you. They currently serve 1 Million + websites, and I never had downtime either. If you do sign-up there put my name as the referall probably [snipped] Hope that helps!
