Whats wrong with BY tech support :) .. theres nothing wrong with the URL you mentioned, maybe clear your cache? Refresh the page ... Do you get an error message when trying to view the page?

There are a few issues in New Malden (Surrey) area ATM but they are being worked on.

Right, i either get a cannot find server page or it goes into the the M$ serch page,

Ive cleared my cache, deleted cookies, and deleated my history, ive turned off my modem, shut my pc down and restarted it, ive switched my modem off for 2 mins and restarted it, ive flushed my dns, ive ipconfig /realease. ipconfig /renew and still nowt ! friend accross town cannot get on the site too, but friend in liverpool and kings norton can get onto the site

and theres lots wrong with the blueyonder techsupport, in the shop i work in i get loads of people not happy with it, 3 friends have called my up as the blueyonder tech support hasnt fixed there problem ! ... but thats all another story !

I'm not having a problem with it (BY BB in Twickenham area)

when you ping from the command line, is it resolving the ip addy correctly?

And can you traceroute to it (to identify the failed/misconfigured router)

OK .. it sounds like a DNS problem ... try putting 216.67.249.134 into the address field .. does the site come up?

If so, do an IPCONFIG /ALL and see what your default gateway/DHCP server/DNS servers are ...

If your going through a router, try rebooting it, and then try again without the router connected ...

Is it happening with all typed URLs or just that one? what happens when you ping www.bbc.co.uk ...

Have you reset your TCP/IP (if running XP type netsh int ip reset into a command prompt)

If after doing all that you still ave problems, call tech support, thats what we're/they're there for.
