Best Free Web Host without advertisement?

Question

Hello everyone,

Please suggest me a Free Web Hosting company with a good space, high data transfer (monthly), supports php and my sql, supports FTP, Mail Exchange (MX) pointer and it should also be possible to host my own domain rather than subdomains.

Please help.

Thanks

 You want all that for free and without adverts? The best thing I can say is "Good Luck." Oh, and let me know when you find somewhere that has all those options, I'll jump on that straight away...

Some hosts will indeed cater to all your needs except, the free 'own domain' feature. That option will always be chargeable. Even the freehostia host that you mentioned will have some or the other catch. It might be only for a year, after which you will be required to pay.

You should look to a friend or family member that has paid hosting, and not a free service.

I have been using freehostia for about 2 yrs but they have never charged me any thing. Freehostia is good but the space and the monthly data transfer voulme is really less.

I use Host1Free.com free web hosting. They have launched just on 1st of April this year, but overall is very good. No forced ads, 10GB of disk space and 150GB of bandwidth. I would recommend it.

By the way support responds in 10 minutes over the community forum.
