Awesome, loved the second one. I really spent a lot of hours playing it.

No trailer, teaser or anything?

I am sure once press catches up, we will. I was just taking that off the live blog. They did show a trailer at the show, yes.

There was a trailer. Something about a train and a cityscape being destroyed in the distance, with a western vibe. How city & western fit together, I don't know though :p

Trailer should be coming soon, according to an Insomniac guy on NeoGAF. Was a bit disappointed with the 2nd one, though the co-op was great. Hoping they bring it with part 3.

Finally, them giving it an extra year over their usual every other year release will hopefully give them time to polish it up and spend more time on the game.

Hopefully a return to the R1 style SP while keeping elements from R2 on-line modes, also co-op SP like the first but online wouldn't go a miss.

Resistance 2 was a god awful shooter that was about as generic as you could get. I'm glad I got it for free cause if I even paid more than $20 for it, I'd feel ripped off.

That was a pretty weak trailer, in my humble opinion. Then again, I've never seen a good live action trailer for a video game, so perhaps it's just not my thing.

As for Resistance, I own the second one, and the single player was pretty average indeed. I enjoyed it, but I don't understand why the game is held in such high regard when it doesn't do anything particularly special. The multiplayer didn't do anything for me either. Here's hoping that Resistance 3 can surprise me.
