klasjosh
So I posted a topic called "Game share with me :)" and I didn't realize I didn't have "email notification" checked so I didn't get a notification for the many replies, then the post got locked because they thought I was a scammer since I only had one post. yes I have 1 post (now 2!) but it doesn't mean im a scammer. I would love to game share with you guys. I also have one post because I just joined and the reason I joined in the first place was because this forum seems busy and I thought I would get a quick reply from someone who would want to game share with me. I plan on staying on this forum for a long, LONG time because it seems like a great community with a lot of people. I hope you guys don't think im a bad person because i didn't reply to my last post, but before I realized there was replies it was locked. Thanks for reading :) EDIT: I also updated my profile and information, hopefully that makes you guys trust me more :p
Livin in a box
Nobody will trust you until you get more posts. Some people on here won't trust me, just ask a certain member and he'll... Just post around and maybe ask again next year. Your post that you made before too didn't seem...right. It was as though you were trying to sound like a scammer if I'm perfectly honest! Minifig
:|. I've been here since 2007 and I am damn near my 6000th post. I still haven't asked if anyone wants to loan me games, and I even run a gaming stream on UStream where they'd be able to watch me PLAY THEM. It's against Sony's policy to allow game trading on the PS Network, but if you want to trade PHYSICAL copies of games, by all means, but don't even bother asking until you have at least 2000 posts.. of quality material, not spam. Minifig
It's Sony who allowed you to use the same account on 5 different PS3's... As long as you own them. Part of the PSN EULA says this: 2. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT When you participate in the PSN online community, you must act reasonably and with common sense. You must respect the rights and privacy of other members of the community and any particular rules applying to any area. In particular, you must not: use PSN in any way for commercial purposes, unless expressly authorised by us (including without limit introducing commercial content or services such as advertisements, solicitations, promotions of goods and services and links to web sites); sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer your online ID, your personal access to PSN or any content or services accessed via PSN, through any means or method, including use of web auction sites; Therefore.. Game Trading on the Playstation Network is against the law.
klasjosh
Yea, Sony is the one allowing the same account on 5 consoles so if they really wanted to stop it they could make it where you need to deactivate one ps3 before allowing the account to be on another. also you havent asked for games but thats you.. If someone here asked me for games I would totally let them because its not hurting me any! and I don't care if they have 5 posts or 5,000 posts as posts mean absolutely nothing. I have been on YouTube since the year it was published and I have less subscribers then people who have been on YouTube a month. does that mean I am less trust worthy or does that mean I know less about YouTube just because I have less subscribers? no.. Livin in a box
Aaah, I just looked around on the Internet and I saw people saying numerous things... Though Sony must know that people do it anyway and they do nothing about it, at least to the guys who I know who gameshare.
Minifig
Either way you have to look at it Josh, we don't know you, and it's against the EULA and Terms of Service for PSN. It's against the law.

Any weirdo could come onto these forums, register, ask to gameshare and take your account off you. All they have to do is change your password and that's it. Sony probably won't do much because it's your fault that you gave your details out. See, you have to view it from other people's perspective. EDIT: I wouldn't go around the world saying you download things illegally...especially with the mods around here.
Minifig
I agree you don't know me, but I don't think of you any more special because you been on here longer/have more posts. I wasn't quantifying myself to make myself seem better.. Don't be silly. I just know for a fact that even with nearing 6,000 posts, I know better to ask my fellow posters for a game they have bought with their own money, or for their personal psn account information. That's like handing someone your credit card and saying "This is my pin number!.. Have fun!" There are maybe ... 4.. users on here I'd trust with my PSN information in the three years I've been on here, and even beginning to trust them with that information would take months of thought if they asked me if they could use it. I don't think you know what game sharing is. and the process. you change your password, and remove your personal information from the account. give the details to the person wanting the game(s) then once they are done you change your password back to normal, and add your personal information again. that way you cannot get scammed! Also I don't really care about stupid laws like that. I download music illegally, movies, games, programs, operating systems. because I can and I can guarantee I will never get in trouble for doing so. I can almost bet you have downloading or did something illegal. Your profile says you're only 15 years old and it really shows in this post. What I take away from this is you want to get games from some one and not offer anything in return. For starters why don't you list games you have to share? You haven't even provided any proof that you have games to share so it seems like you only want access to some one elses games.

Tell you what, tie a credit card / debit card to your account like every other adult who uses PSN and give out your account. Watch someone use it, change the password, and screw you and then bill your credit card / debit card for more money than you have, and you'll be charged for all of it, and the back payment funds, and more. The fraud will kill you, your parents, and your credit score. Maybe then.. just maybe then ... you'll see that game trading on the psn is stupid. As you're young and obviously have no clue how it works.. Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card_fraud

shakey
I wouldn't trust anyone on here with my info, insane post count or not. I only share my account with my real friends, but online people are just too sketchy. Hell, I could talk to you for years on here and still not know a real single detail about you. klasjosh
or you, as you report people to anti-piracy agencies. okay, report me. they have better things to do then nail a 15 year old that is pirating a few bucks worth of things. they would rather nail people that are uploading these pirated items. Look this was a little explanation! not me asking for games.

Joke my ass, you never said it was a joke to the guy and was just trying to be a jumbo douche - You only started claiming it was a 'joke' after he found your address and shared it around. Minifig
I said, to REMOVE all personal information! this includes credit cards! Isn't it fun to know that if you call Sony and say that your Playstation was stolen and the information was erased and you're trying to get it (the credit card info) back, they'll give it all back to you, if you know the name of the account and password? That gets around all the "get rid of all personal information"...
