KZWings
Yamaha MCR-E150 http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/productdetail.html?CNTID=200342&CTID=5002800&ATRID=1010&DETYP=ATTRIBUTE Looks like this would be the important information: Minimum RMS Outpput Power per Channel MAIN, 1kHz, 0.1% THD, 6Ω 25W + 25W Nominal Input Power 40 Watts Maximum Input Power 110 Wats This is an older model bookshelf mini-stereo. It's pretty nice, but I don't have any speakers for it. I was hoping I could get some suggestions for a decent set of speakers for this. Thanks ;)
jerzdawg
I think the Polk 30/40's are pretty good bookshelf speakers for a decent price.
Grex
Do you have a budget? The Definitive Technology ProMonitor series is also a good choice and not too expensive depending on what model you get. Dont let the MSRP scare you. You can usually get them for a lot cheaper. KZWings
Thanks guys. My budget is probably more like the speakers jerzdawg posted, just because it's an older system and won't get hard use. Thanks for the suggestions! Although the ProMonitor 800 seem pretty nice and have good reviews.

Although the ProMonitor 800 seem pretty nice and have good reviews. I'm in the process of piecing my set up together and checked out the ProMonitor series. The 1000s sounded better than the 600/800 line but they lack if you're going purely 2.0. The ones Im going to check out next are the StudioCinema 350/450 bookshelfs as I've read they do much better at providing a midrange punch. spikey_richie
Which country are you in KZ? If you're in the UK, there are some good options here: http://www.avland.co.uk/speaker/bookshelf/ (website is poorly designed, but quality products)
