eversor
As said in the topic description. This is not a joke. I don't know what the hell is going on here. I just restarted my pc and want to check the forum of my website and guess what nothing shows up. I tried to contact it via ftp with no success. I was so angry that i tried to contact the support of my provider, but the e-mail won't go out. Then it got really bad. I tried to open several other sites incl. google and cnn with no luck. I tried to establish a ftp connection to my favourite servers with no luck, I cant get or send e-mail. My p2p client didn't work either. The only website i can read is neowin. It works just fine. Now i ask you guys. What is the problem? Was i a neowin-hacker victim or what? Any Ideas to fix this? MfG.Eversor

eversor
Cheerio. Everything seems to be fine again. Although the websites are pretty slow opening.... I readialed twice from the server and then everything is fine again. But nevertheless this is strange. What was the error? I found out that one service worked also. On my brothers PC dc++ has lost its connection to all the hubs but one! Has somebody experiences something like this before? I'm going in to the Internet through ICS from Win2003 protected by Kerios Firewall MfG.Eversor

IlliniPi
This happened to me before....actually it was a virus issue. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I did a little system restore and cleared my hard drive of the couple infected files, and the internet was working fine from then on. Just wondering if Neobond and Redmak had some weird scheme to get more people to go to Neowin. :p :shifty:

mr_daemon
Try flushing the DNS cache on your client and the server. ipconfig /flushdns That sometimes help :)
