Presenter Controlled Online Presentation - SOLVED

Question

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew of an online presentation module which you could implement to a website (not thirdparty hosted), where the admin can invite someone to watch a secure presentation which they can only control. The user can only view the presentation/slideshow but are not able to hit back/next etc - the squence/duration of the slide is controllled manually by the admin while they are talking over the phone with the user.

I have tried searching online, and stiill adm but I get quite a few results for third party software - or ones that aren't user controlled.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think the new Powerpoint can do this.

Thanks you, I looked over the new features but I don't believe it's what I'm looking for. I can't expect the users to have the 2010 version - just an up to date browser with common plugins.

Zentation looks similar to what I'm looking for, but once again need something I can host on our own server + I just need to show a simple slideshow (can be just a series of images), but the main thing is that the admin is controlling what slide the user see on their side.

They don't need to have PowerPoint 2010, you just need to start broadcasting, send them the generated link and they can open it to join the broadcast. The only thing they need is a modern web browser and a Windows Live ID (free to register).

Have a look at this blog article from the PowerPoint team. It explains everything you need to know about the new broadcasting feature.

Thanks again everyone, after some review I think this would be the best option to use. I tested doing an online presentation via Mac OSX and it worked perfectly too, the user didn't need a Windows Live ID to view it, only the presenter needed one to start the broadcast which is perfect.
