Shaahin
I am looking for the name or even a link to a website about a cartoon which TV was showing in the 70's. I don't remember the name. It was in a Farm, many flowers, a fat black cat and some strange people. The name was translated to Persian, and it was "Flowers Farm" but I couldn't find any link with that name. A friend of mine says that its music theme belongs to David Gilmour, it was just a solo guitar theme. Anyone knows the name or a link?

Blaise Veteran Posted July 24, 2003 Veteran Share Posted July 24, 2003 lol..definitely not Josie, they had a full on theme song, heck they were a cartoon band :p here's a site to try searching, I had no initial luck but maybe you could try using various search words and hit on it. http://www.bcdb.com/bcdb/search.cgi

poind
Guitarist David Gilmore was born in 1964 and didn't even touch the guitar until age 15. Highly unlikely the solo guitar theme was him. Does the friend (or do you) remember anything else about the cartoon though? Color, b/w, how long it was on the air? Why was the name in Persian and where was it being seen? Any words with the guitar theme? What made the people strange? What kind of personality did the cat have? You might want to see if the following helps. Otherwise sorting out Felix the Cat, Sylvester, Tom, etc. can be tough. The cartoon may very well have been limited to a particular region of the world / set of countries. http://www.catclub.net/cat_fun/famouscartoon_list.asp
