FrankSpin Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Check to make sure overscan is not currently set to On for your TV. On panasonics this is found under Picture>HD Size. There are two options, 1 & 2, one is overscan and one is no overscan. beyond that check the CCC overscan settings and adjust them as you see fit but I can almost guarantee once you turn overscan off the picture will fix itself because that's what it did for me.
