Viserov
Oh yeah, the bamboo sticks she used to leap to the heli was another item in a nice, convenient spot for Lara. I'm sure there's a bunch more.

Viserov
Oh, thanks :) He's a minor character and to be honest, I haven't ever seen him before in anything before Saturday night.
OPaul
Who? He was Rimmer from Red Dwarf, the best English comedy of all time in my opinion.
Acezo
I dont get what the satellite was even used for, didn't she use the Cell Phone to transmit and receive the data? The satellite, I believe, was for the A/V of the conversation, and the cell phone was put in so that she could recieve the audio file intact...unless they wanted it in for advertisement  I'm still wondering why the "key" to the orb was simple enough that a cell phone could play it without distortion
KC
what really blew me away was all the places she used her cell phone. Like in the middle of no where africa, wow where are they putting the cell sites at these days? I saw this movie at the drive in it played first then Bad Boys 2, Tomb Raider was minimal of entertaining and bad boys rocked.
Viserov
That whole scene was corny, with the Spongebob thing and the deer-in-the-headlights expression from the family.

Acezo
The bigger cities in Africa have cell-phone service, but I forgot what area the movie was placed in...I'm sure there wasn't a city near such a legendary place :p Edit: Did some searching...I'm sure the phone was GSM, but I just remembered that I didn't remember her using her phone in Africa  Edited July 29, 2003 by ViciousX
Detri
I paid to see Angelina Jolie, not a movie. I could care less about the movie. It was worth it.
Viserov
Haha, nice avatar, Detriment... and yes, she did use her phone in Africa, when she parachuted down and called her African friend to tell him to keep the jeep steady and she landed in :)
