OPaul
A free online virus scanner is all I need.http://housecall.antivirus.com/ That won't prevent viri though I tend not to download viruses so I don't have to worry about it to much. If a get a file that I am uncertain about the online scanner works fine to scan that file. The site I linked keeps their database up to date from what I've seen. colordeficiency
I'm using Mcafee now. Didn't like Symatec Corp Edition GUI. Kinda brings me back to the old age. I'm not sure bout Norton though, thought of trying it but the live update subscription is a big turn off!

Elliot B.
i don't use any antivirus. have not really had the need to. I've never caught a virus before either, but there's a lot of n00bs on the Internet who think it's clever to stick a virus into everything so I like the reassurance that I have a Virus Scanner just in case I get one by accident
