semifamous
I think it's funny the lack of Hispanic actors in Hollywood. There are so few in Hollywood, that they have to re-use some in this movie that died in Desparado. Cheech got killed in the second one, but he's back as a different character in this one. And so is Danny TrejoI%20thought%20I%20saw%20a%20third%20guy%20in%20the%20preview%20too... %5burl=http://www.imdb.com/Credits?0112851%5dhttp://www.imdb.com/Credits?0112851" target="_blank"> I thought I saw a third guy in the preview too... http://www.imdb.com/Credits?0112851 [url=http://www.imdb.com/Credits?0285823]http://www.imdb.com/Credits?0285823 I'm sure there's more too. AgEnTsMiTh
El Mariachi, which is a fantastic film AND much better and original then Desperado (but still good) is in spanish with English Subtitles. I look forward to the 3rd and final film in this trilogy, Once Upon A Time In Mexico. With that kind of cast and Rodriguez helming this film, I AM THERE!!! Some facts about the film. Rodriguez made El Mariachi for 7,000 and a little help from his friends. He wrote, directed, coproduced, edited, and operated the camera. Plus, he assembled a cast that had never acted before to work for nothing. DESPERADO was filmed for $7 million, but it looks like a $30 million action flick. visionary
it was amazing the things that Rodriguez did with $7,000. if you have never seen El Mariachi i recommend that you watch it. the dvd contains both El Mariachi & Desperado, so if you liked desperado but don't have it, it would be a great pickup. however, i believe they are coming out with a new edition, not sure of what the changes will be.
