kombolcha
i was trying to reset a password and this page appears... so i put in the email add.. and do it again on the second line. --> california --> zip code. when i hit continue it says.. there was an error.. and the page is different. the second box that says email address is gone. so i reenter the info and click continue.. it then takes me to the page where it asks the secret question. but the secret question looks exactly like {{if RSP._ishotmailMode}} just like the first circled thing on the attached image. what is wrong with it. and {{if RSP.... is not my secret question

TadXP
If you have MSN Explorer on a computer you can easily change it through it. You can also change your Secret question if you want.
John Veteran Posted July 28, 2003 Veteran Share Posted July 28, 2003 you could just post jpg  anyway, have you tried refreshing the page? either way, it shouldn't take too long to figure it out. play with it, put your email in each, in both. kombolcha
i did... but the biggest problem is the secret question. it's not accepting the answer and it's asking the wrong question.
John Veteran Posted July 28, 2003 Veteran Share Posted July 28, 2003 that's really wierd. what's the link to this thing? i wanna try it. also, try emptying your temporary internet files edit: i know the {} are field codes that microsoft uses in a variety of products including office, but it looks like the page has an extra set around the codes for some reason. TadXP
Are u still on your work computer, because maybe there is a security setting on that computer that is causing it to screw up or something. Or even Microsoft's servers could be messed up too. If you haven't tried a different computer, I would recommend that.
