Net Messenger

Recommended Posts

It's only avaible If you're under XP/2000 in a local network or have messenger runing (and signed on).

Just go Start - Run - CMD or COMMAND - Type "net send IP adress or network name TEXT" Notice that after the IP adress or Network name there is 2 espaces " ". :D <edit> for some reason the forum doesn't allow me to put 2 spaces... :/</edit>

I just wanted to share this with you guys :p

Later ;)

hehe a sometimes-usefull little knick knack over LANs, though the thave more bad uses than good, like spamming, or even bombing (put a few thousand of those buggers in a .bat file and kick it off, lots of clicking for the person at the other end)...

though they are fun at lan parties :D if you really want to annoy someone send them one while theyre playing CS, no sound after that ;)

Back when hardly anyone knew about them, I sent some to a friend claiming to be from Microsoft (all about Piracy etc). He formatted his computer shortly after that, then I sent him another one :p How mean :(

I started getting those spam net messages the other day out of nowhere. I wish I could get the IP of the dumbass who was doing it so I can report him to my ISP or flood him back with messages. I turned off the service for now so that it won't happen again.

True that, accidentally a friend of mine sent a message to another friend while playing CS and... he wasn't so happy after that :/
