+Xinok Subscriber² Posted November 19, 2010 Subscriber² Share Posted November 19, 2010 Just a minor issue. On the main page of the forum, next to the Facebook and Twitter icons, the link to Youtube is broken. It should point to http://www.youtube.com/user/Neowin, but it's missing /user/ in the URL. tomwarren Veteran Posted November 19, 2010 Veteran Share Posted November 19, 2010 Umm that's not broken. Did you even click on it? You don't need /user/ anymore, you haven't for years.
+jamesyfx Subscriber² Posted November 19, 2010 Subscriber² Share Posted November 19, 2010 Yeah, it's not broken and it doesn't redirect. It is correct as it is. :

Reacon
Last I checked, you don't need the /user/ to view a channel.
Southern Patriot
Have those of you who claim it works as-is bothered clicking the link? As others have said, it doesn't work, but if you add the /user in the URL it works just fine. Why do people feel the need to argue something that takes two seconds to verify? +Xinok Subscriber² Posted November 19, 2010 Author Subscriber² Share Posted November 19, 2010 http://www.youtube.com/neowin <- Works http://www.youtube.com/neowin/ <- Doesn't work
Southern Patriot
http://www.youtube.com/neowin <- Works http://www.youtube.com/neowin/ <- Doesn't work  Yeah, that seems to be the problem. Trailing slashes really mess with some sites and browsers. FWIW, I just tried IE9, Chrome, and Firefox, and none of them will work with the link as-is, they all require removing the trailing slash.
