It was one of those decision that goes for you and you scream "penalty" or "red card!" but if they go against you you say the ref is an idiot.

I don't think it was a penalty -- Webb didn't have a clear view and Berba "made the most of it". I tend to blame officials when such controversy occurs. No doubt about the red brick for Stevie G though, the boy has been around the block often enough to know better than to tempt fate.
