With latest release, appears that Direct2D is still not working properly. 10.0.628.0

I keep getting this even after hitting restart..

I tried it in two PC's still the same. Do anyone get this?

yup, same here... It did update tho, everything else works, except the pop-up windows are always down in the lower left of the screen now, where before they were centered...

It's updated for me too. I love the way it seems that it doesn'tt show any url in the url bar loads of times :D

The update checker bug will be fixed in builds later than 10.0.630.

The current canary build is now 10.0.634, and that bug is indeed fixed.

Not many major changes I've seen otherwise (since 10.0.628), besides that the tabbed options UI is now enabled by default and moved out of flags. So expect that in the next dev update. The next Mac dev update will likely have adjustments to the window buttons, much like in the Mac App Store. I read about this in the changelog of this canary build.

Dev Channel Update

The Dev channel has been updated to 10.0.634.0 for Linux, Mac, Windows and Chrome Frame

This release fixes several crashes and small issues:

All

  • Updated V8 - 3.0.6.1
  • Chrome no longer says "restart required" when there's no update (Issue 67478)

Known Issues

  • Clear browsing data settings in DOMUI options does not work (Issue 69163)

Yeah. i noticed tabbed option UI and it is nice and i like it.

seems like chrome team moved few experiments to be default.

Not really new, they have just turned it on by default now. You could turn it on before using a manual method. I prefer the old dialog box personally.

You have to wait til the page fully loads before you can scroll down the page. Is there anyway to change that? I've been using Firefox again because of it.

found out that was adblock was the root for the problem

since then i switched to adblock plus , problem solved :)
