-=SD=-
Ok, as with my other downloads the max I would get would be 217KB/sec, which would basically be the normal speed during the middle/end of a download. Today I went to download PCMark (because of the other thread here) and my download was 380KB/sec  and to take advantage of my new speed boost I am download gentoo 1.4  but what I would like to know is why am I getting this speed boost lol Hmm, better call comcast to make sure my account didn't get changed to the "pro" version... :o [just thought I would share this]
persianpsycho
Maybe like my connection, it starts out at 200 kbs, then it slowly drops to a steady 80 kbs speed. If i use download accelerator and pause it, then resume it, it starts out at 200 and then drops again. Thats why i, for example, always have a decent speed off kazaa. Perhaps the same thing applies, and that site is doing a simular effect.
-=SD=-
Well this is the second download with this speed, and I am at 70% with no drop in speed yet, just kinda odd because I have never had over 220 (starts off high but always drops to around the 217 mark) during the end of a download, this is still at 380.
