BlackCloud
Gary Oldman as Agent Norman Stansfield in The Professional. There are probably others I could name, but thats the only one that comes to mind. I think he did a great job in that.
altezza Veteran Posted August 9, 2003 Veteran Share Posted August 9, 2003 But see.... Vader never had to jump around. He kicked your ass on the dance floor. And if ya jumped around like a monkey.... he would bring ya back down to the ground.Darth Maul was just young and energetic, but was impatient. Vader would wait for you to make a move, then capitalize on your mistake. Since we're going to see Darth Vader in upcoming Episode III (2005), I would love to see if Darth Vader jumps and flips and fight masterfully like Master Yoda did...since Vader is one badass villain ever created. Sedriss
Vader will open a can of whoop ass, on a lil Nagul he faces. Go ahead, stab me with a sword! I got a rod of red energy for you to suck on!

Vlad
Although not really a villian, I thought Snake Plissken (Kurt Russel) from Escape From New York and Escape From LA was pretty badass. I guess his "cool factor" is pretty high, even though he's nowhere near as powerful as I'll-squish-you-like-a-little-bug-Vader. And in some insane twist of fate, Escape From LA was released 7 years ago today.
obiwong
i'm gonna have to go with: Darth Vader cuz he's Vader Darth Sidious cuz he fights both sides of the same war for his own personal gain John Travolita in Swordfish (can't remember the characters name...) cuz i think he thought of everything

El Bourricot
I'd say the G-man in HL, not in Opposing Force tho he wasn't as convincing nor as cool Agent Smith all the way!!!
CherTon
John Travolta-Sword fish,Face-off and Broken arrow. It seems that they always gave you the feeling that he is going to be good. I also liked the bad guy in diehard2.
Syanide
Tom and Jerry.... If you look at it, the cat is the bad guy, but I always hated the mouse so I put him too.... Kill the jErRy!!!!!!!!
Quboid
Any badguy character by John Malkovich or Gary Oldman gets my vote (Y) As for characters, rather than actors, Hannibel Lector by a long way. Blofeld and Agent Smith too. Also Saron, because a bad guy who is a ring of fire can never fail to impress.
Chicane-UK Veteran Posted August 10, 2003 Veteran Share Posted August 10, 2003 Agent Smith is quite cool in The Matrix, but I think there have probably been far more sinister baddies. The T-1000 in Terminator 2 always kicked ass imho.. he always seemed unstoppable, was ice cold and emotionless, and could do pretty much what he wanted. Great character :)
