Righty
I have a Panasonic SC-AK44 stero system and the manual says that the speakers have no magnetic sheilding and not to put them too close to computers or other such things. What i would like to know is how close i can put these speakers next to my computer because my pc speakers are crappy and i want to use the panasonic unit instead. Thanks Righty can someone move this to hardware i think i posted it in the wrong spot oops
b0se
Depends on the size of the speakers (and hence the magnets they contain)... If they're small, 12inches should give you a good safe distance. How big are they?
Arch
Yes, I'd go for atleast a foot as b0se suggested. If you notice any distortion in either your audio or monitor be sure to more them further away.

cq_
2meters at least
b0se
Hmmm, they're much bigger than I imagined. 2 meters would be safe (1.5 would do it, but best be cautious), so I'd go with that...
