rezza Veteran Posted September 25, 2003 Veteran Share Posted September 25, 2003 Like Endoscient, I haven't yet payed for a mmorpg, even though I've beta tested a few in my time, but I'm pretty sure I will pay for WoW, at least for a few months. None of the other options interest me in the slightest.

Ash
Asheron's Call 1.5 (If it gets made) What it is, is a major update to AC... Its unsure what all they will be doing for it, but there was a large campaign to get Turbine to make a huge update to the graphics engine to bring it on par with that of AC2 or better. It was also asked that they add some new major content. If they will go ahead with it and what we get, is still undecided. I been playing since november 1999, with intermettent breaks. Glowstick
Wow, really great that some of you clowns are acting so surprised, that you have to pay a monthly fee for games that host persistent worlds on huge server farms. And don't come with that battle.net is free ****, because you can't play with a couple of thousand peeps at once in the same world. I'm playing SWG on the most crowded server available (Eclipse, unofficial euro server), and it's really worth the fee. Also paying a monthly fee is a nice smacktard catalyst.
