DocM
Sox was hired first to set that whole dept up, and Big G was hired 2 days ago to handle whats left of the hardware end. A big part of the delay for everyone concerned was NASA not issuing their crew safety standards until recently, and their Commercial Crew Development Round 2 team (CCDev-2) has still not been announced :p Borders on ridiculous.
