These treads turn into the same conclusion, of which there is no viable argument against personal preference.

I would towerpost at this point, and some of the things some members have said make them sound pretentious. But that's what this type of thread does to some people :rolleyes:

What I am confused about is this; we "Apple" users have our own little corner of the forum where we can get together and chat but it appears that there are people who, as soon as they see a new topic appear in the 'ticker' at the top of the page, feel as though they must reply no matter how unrelated that topic is to their given situation. Just check out the number of Windows users who reply to threads ignoring the fact that it is in a Mac area asking a question relating to Mac OS X and they suggest a Windows application.

Maybe before even complaining about 'fanboys' the bigger question is why, as part of the dominant group of the IT world, do Windows users feel the 'need' to come into our corner of the forum to 'strut their stuff' and go on and on about how awesome they are and how much we suck.
