redrope
actually surprised no one has already posted this one:Radiohead - Exit Music (For a Film) I was going to say that! :D Pearl Jam - Release Radiohead - Let Down, Idioteque Smashing Pumpkins - Stand Inside Your Love, To Sheila, For Martha Just some I can think of at the moment. Live versions of songs could be added to that list too because imo a great song is better live and more emotional.

allen2404
Hans Zimmer - The Battle (The Gladiator Score) Very haunting, the flow of the music reminds of 9/11/2001. You'll see why if you listen to it.

pimpshiznid
I know some people are going to laugh at this, but... The only song ever to send chills down my spine is Crazy by KC & Jojo, for the simple fact that it was a song in which me a my first true love met, danced, and decided our day's ahead together... As a matter of fact, we were both at a restaurant (not together, we had broken up long ago) the other day, both seated near each other, and that song came on the Muzak station. We both burst into tears, and hugged, despite what our signifigant others thought... (Her BF & my GF and a bunch of friends) We left together and just talked for the best of the night....
Detri
The one song that has ever sent shivers down my spine was "Figure.09" by Linkin Park... The guitar riff intro is what got me. BRRRR.... I love it.
