SuperJediMedia
1)Is Gamespot's DL manager - kontiki a Ad/Spyware, at all? I thought it was, but I could be wrong! 2) I remember visiting Mk5.org (Mortal Kombat site) back in early this year, it installed a spyware on my system. Anyone go there lately, is it still true or was I wrong first of all? Edited September 5, 2003 by JediXAngel
m2x-ADMlN
If it is just get ad-aware or spybot-search and dystroy, to remove the spyware. Always works for me.
SuperJediMedia
Yes Adaware said it is ... my memory isn't that bad. So, I think i was even right about the Mk5.org issue too, maybe they got rid of it, but I am too afraid to go to their site now :(

SuperJediMedia
Just another reason to HATE Gamespot! I can't believe they won't allow you to D/L directly, and force you to download a Spyware! Oh, not to mention good demos, trailers they want you to pay to see them! Boycott Gamespot, people!
