?Torrent 3.0 has officially gone beta! The major features are streaming of music and videos, as well as ?Torrent Web, a new encrypted WebUI that requires no configuration! Check it out: https://web.utorrent.com/

We've added other exciting new features to this version: torrent ratings; easy sharing of files (just drag and drop!), streaming, portable mode, and a brand-new simplified view. We've also touched up and streamlined the main view of the client to make it easier to use.

A more detailed write-up of all the new features is available on the BitTorrent Blog.

Why the desperation for a 64-bit torrent client?

For the bigger disk cache limit; most people don't need this but if you have 250GB+ of files ...

Since I use uTorrent, I see a better performance; BUT uTorrent 64 bit has still many glitches and those are annoying so I hope they work on them asap
