IE9 drag-and-drop links?

Question

I currently use an IE plugin called IE7Pro for it's drag-and-drop functionality. It allows me to drag-and-drop a link anywhere on the page and the link opens in a new tab. After upgrading to IE9, this plugin no longer works. I know I can drag a link to the tab bar in IE9 to open the link in a new tab, but it's just not the same. Anyone know of a way to get the same functionality of IE7Pro's drag-and-drop feature in IE9? Thanks!

Thanks, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. The URLs are already hyperlinked, I could just right-click and Open in New Tab. It's just faster and more intuitive for me to grab it and drop it to open it in a new tab.
