You should probably just ask whoever handles the IT at that location, no? They should know what the email servers are. Or, you could get the server names/settings if any of the computers there are set up with Outlook or another email client.

I tried to do a quick search for you but honestly am not sure what mail servers you'd need to use when using Windows Live with a custom domain. Have you already tried these generic POP/SMTP severs?

(presumably you'd need to replace the login with your email address, & the password with your email password. Or if it's similar to Yahoo Bizmail then the login will be whatever Windows Live ID is associated with the email account)

For Android, I'd suggest using K-9 Mail for your email (once you know your email server settings). Way better than the stock email client.

PS - Probably not the best idea to post the email address in a public forum?

Create a GMail account and have it access the Live account if that's possible. I've done it with other accounts. GMail integraton works well on Android.

K9 is a good client though also.

I used the following settings to get my school email hosted by msn on my android.

For Username enter the full email address:

pop3 server: pop3.live.com

port: 995

security type: ssl

smtp: smtp.live.com

port: 587

security type: none
