X
I put my blank cd in, and told it to take no action alright. I meant to put it on " explore folder " but you know I fux **** up... Well now when I put the cd in, it thinks its a music file ( who knows why! its only got a .txt file on it lol) so it opens WMP and plays the default mp3 WMP came with ok it trys but I deleted that sucka awhile ago :p . Can someone tell me how to reset the blank cd option so that it explores it and not opens it with WMP? Ive right clicked on the drive and selected " blank cd " and selected " prompt me " but no go.. :ermm: this is the last chance xp gets before I toss it out the window. mtgriffith
Forget about my first post. Right click on the CDROM drive and choose properties. Choose the Autoplay tab. You can change the choices you made there.

X
I can select a damn option - doesnt work. I can select restore defaults - doesnt go back to default. Now it wont even read the drive with that cd in it. Says its not accessiable. Sigh Im going to switch to win2k.

It either - Wont list it or just will crash my computer out. Only thing that works is if I do that but say "open". Someone has to know how to reset that damn thing so it can explore and not try to open with WMP, god knows why its trying to do that.
Silvorgold
when i put in a cd that contains mp3s and other files it always asks if i want to play the mp3s and if i click on the mp3 one it'll play the mp3s as if they were like a normal music cd, but doesnt bother me cuz i dont want to go through the bother of selecting all the files or anything like that
