OPaul
I thought I was playing Quake 3 or Red Faction during the scene where the MACO (the military people on Ent) pulls out his gun and uses the scope to kill the attacking alien. That MACO woman did kick some ass, though, while she was on the planet trying to rescue Archer. What bothers me is that the MACOs are too quick to kill, breaking necks and all. I was thinking the same thing, it was like playing Elite Forces or something.
Samoa
Hey trek fans, are you guys watching the Enterprise premeire episode? It seems like they sped up the theme song!! What do you guys think? I personally do not like the change. Change it back!! It had such an epic feel before...now it's just cheesy!! Thanks for posting. I had been waiting for it. :D
Homie
I think Enterprise has really taken a turn for the better. I like how Archer finaly has grown up and wants to kick ass and take names.

cyclingplatypus
Umm am I alone or am I the only one who just likes the show and I never really cared for the orginal. I liked TNG and I don't know all this trivia. Does that make me a Trekkie Poser?

I looked at it from this point of view: at this time, the Federation and Starfleet really are two different parts, but the Federation's been around long enough to remember to fight and to have good tactical teams (like World War III in the 2050's or whenever it "was"). You cannot expect that it will be the same as the previous ones. I like the directions it has taken. I was extremely hesitant, but now I fully like it. THat season three episode is way kool. But during Enterprise's time, there is no such thing as the Federation. Either way, I still don't know why Earth would still need a military force if it's supposed to be a peaceful planet by this time.
