As we inch closer and closer to the release of the Xiaomi's Mi MIX 2S, it appears that little bits of information are starting to surface through official and unofficial channels. The latest comes from the firm itself, showing off a teaser of what appears to the inclusion of wireless charging.
As you can see from the image, it shows off what looks like a charging symbol or lightning bolt over a circular pad. Typically, in the past, wireless charging has been absent from many handsets produced for the Asian market.
If the Mi MIX 2S does arrive with wireless charging, it will be a huge step forward towards matching rivals like Samsung and LG. The Mi MIX 2S will be announced on March 27 and is expected to arrive with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB RAM, and a near bezel-less display. If a recent video is to be believed, it could even arrive with a revamped design that adds a cut out in the top right corner of its display. Luckily, we won't have to wait long to find out.
