Alldocube announces its latest device, a Windows 10 tablet with a Celeron processor

The Alldocube KNote X is a brand new tablet powered by Windows 10, offering a design that we have seen many times in the past with Microsoft's Surface line. Currently, the KNote X is only being announced, with unfortunately no further details about its price or release date.

While Microsoft might have been the originators of the hinged Windows tablet, plenty of other companies have since copied the design, releasing its own Surface-style devices for quite a bit less money. The KNote X looks to follow in the same path, being powered by Intel's Celeron N4100 processor, which will be a fan-less design, will pack 8GB RAM, and will offer 128GB of internal SSD storage.

The device will have a 13.3-inch 2K laminated display with touch capability. The firm claims that it will use what it is calling a 'Magic Color Panel' that will apparently offer improved colors and better clarity. As far as ports go, you're looking at a single USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card slot. The unit will also be able to make use of a keyboard accessory for increased productivity.

Like mentioned before, there isn't a release date or a price, but knowing Alldocube, this item will most likely start its life with a crowdfunding campaign, similar to its Android tablet, the Alldocube X.
