Amazon is selling Microsoft's Classic IntelliMouse for just $25

Inspired by the IntelliMouse 3.0, Microsoft launched the Classic IntelliMouse last October. The company said that it took the classic peripheral device and added "modern-day improvements". It includes customizable buttons, and a "classic ergonomic feel".

Launched at $39.99, Amazon is offering quite the deal if you've been feeling nostalgic, but not nostalgic enough to spend the full price. First spotted by Windows Central, you can now grab the Classic IntelliMouse for just $25.41, a 36%, or $14.58 discount from its normal price.

If it's not obvious from the price, the Classic IntelliMouse plugs into USB via a wired connection. Depending on your PC and how you use it, this can be a good or a bad thing. You probably wouldn't want to carry a wired mouse around with you and your laptop, but if you've got a desktop PC and wireless mice are unstable for you, this could be perfect.

The Microsoft Classic IntelliMouse works with Windows 7 and higher; however, it does have some limitations if you want to use it with Windows 10 in S Mode. To customize the buttons, you'll need Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, which won't work in S Mode.

If you want to pick up the Classic IntelliMouse for $25.41, you can find it on Amazon here.
