Apple releases new betas for iOS 10, watchOS 3, and tvOS 10

Apple today released new beta software for iOS 10, watchOS 3, and tvOS 10. The new developer betas will be the third, and the new iOS build will eventually be iOS 10 Public Beta 2.

Missing from the party is the third beta for macOS 10.12 Sierra. Of course, it's possible that it will be seeded later today - or later this week.

As usual - especially this early on in a beta cycle - the release notes contain a long list of fixes and known issues. In this build of iOS 10, the new faces feature in Photos will not sync across devices, and functionality that requires App Store apps won't work, as developers can't submit iOS 10 apps yet.

The news comes 13 days after the second beta was released. As usual, today's builds come alongside a new beta of Xcode 8. This new build will include bug fixes, as well as reflect changes that correspond with the new OS builds. Apple TV Remote beta 3 is also available to developers.
