Battlefield V is live a day early on EA and Origin Access, playable right now

Battlefield V is officially slated to release on November 20, but Origin Access Premier subscribers were supposed to receive their early access window to the World War II shooter tomorrow. It seems, EA may have opened the floodgates just a bit earlier than intended, as fans have found that the game has gone live on all of the company's subscription services.

Subscribers to Origin Access on PC or EA Access on Xbox One can now start their 10-hour trial. Origin Access Premier subscribers, however, don't have any time limits, and they can begin playing the game right now to their heart's content as long as their subscription is active.

This means that PlayStation 4 players or those who don't subscribe to any of EA's services have some waiting to do if they want to pick up Battlefield V through regular means. Across all platforms, Standard Edition owners can begin their fight on November 20 for $59.99, while pre-ordering the $79.99 Deluxe Edition will get players in on November 15.

Head over here to see what DICE's post-launch free content plans are for the game, and PC players with Nvidia graphics cards shouldn't forget to download the latest drivers that were released today.

EA and Origin Access subscriptions cost $4.99 a month and come included with the aforementioned 10-hour trial to Battlefield V. On the other hand, the new Origin Access Premier program is PC exclusive and comes in at $14.99 a month, bringing all of the standard tier's perks as well as unlimited access to all new EA-published titles.
