Bill Gates Unveils Windows .NET Server Beta 3

In his state of the industry keynote speech at this year's COMDEX Fall 2001, Bill Gates set out his vision for a digital decade that will revolutionize the way companies do business, and how people around the world communicate, learn, and are entertained. Gates also announced to attendees that the Beta 3 release of Windows .NET Server is imminent.

Microsoft also talked alot about the new "Tablet" innovations announcing Windows XP Tablet PC Edition for release by next years "Comdex" it was also announced that current PocketPC users could download an expenses Powertoy for free from Microsoft (links below) aaw.. aint that nice!

Oh yeah, after watching all one and a half hours of the stream (5 mins censored :ermm: for some reason or other) Bill wraps up by giving away 4 XBOX's to random seats in the audience. If you watched it all, lets leave the poor dear out of it shall we? Stagefright or just plain bad acting.. LOL we will never know.
