Microsoft's Bing search service is slowly but surely making inroads against Google in the search marketplace. Of course, a big part of searching on the Internet involves finding videos. A few days ago, Bing announced a number of new features that will help improve looking at and searching for videos on the service.
When you now search for a video on Bing, you should see some larger previews of those videos than before. Bing's blog also states, "Along with the large previews, the videos also received updated treatments, such as 16x9 images, embedded video length time stamps, and icons to help you quickly navigate the results."
Video search results also support infinite scroll so that when you scroll down a page on your web browser on Bing, the video results page should continue to generate video search results, such as the cat videos search above. That should eliminate the need to click on another page to view more videos and the search grid will also expand depending on the size of your monitor.
When you actually watch a video found by using Bing, the video area has also been enlarged in this new update. Finally, you can check out a list of related video search results in a series of tabs that are generated on top of your original search results.
